If you are like me you love the idea of bettering your fitness in one way or another. Whether it is improving your diet, capitalizing on your gym time, or even looking to become motivated to do so.
I started muscle and recovery purely because of my love of health and fitness but even more then that my love for helping people especially those who are just starting their fitness journey.
This does not mean muscle and recovery can not benefit experienced gym goers. This site has been created with people on all parts of their fitness journey in mind.
Talking about things like where does motivation come from to muscle recovery for those over 50 and everything in between. I am pleased to be writing for everyone.

I have been working out for near a decade and have been interested in health and fitness even longer.
With a diploma in fitness and health promotion I have experience as an athlete and training them along with a history of training regular every day clients as well. Being able to share the knowledge and answer questions about all levels of fitness is my pleasure
